Causative
- To say when someone does something for you
- Have + subject + past participle
Linkers
- Notwithstanding – Shows a contrast and introduces an exception.
- Provided that – used to show two ideas and one idea is a strict requirement depending on the other.
- Given – similar to ‘considering’. Used to introduce information that influences the rest of the sentence.
Writing an Analysis
- Include an introduction and conclusion
- Give deeper explanations and use evidence to back up your points
- Use formal language
- Separate different points into different paragraphs
