Most doctors say that we need to drink eight glasses of water every day. This is very important for our skin and our brain. It is also a good idea to walk for thirty minutes after lunch. Walking is better for you than sitting on the sofa! You should also try to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables. My favourite vegetables are carrots and broccoli. Finally, sleep is very important. Most people need seven or eight hours of sleep to feel healthy. If you follow these rules, you will have more energy during the day.
