The New Flat

Hi, I’m Sarah. I have a new flat in the city centre. It is on the third floor. My flat is small, but it is very modern. There are two rooms: a bedroom and a living room. The kitchen is in the living room. I have a big window, so the room is very bright. I don’t have a garden, but there is a park across the street. I like my new home because it is near my office. I walk to work in ten minutes.
