  • We can use ‘going to’ with ‘is, am, are’ to talk about the future.

Sequencers

  • To organise writing in order use sequencers.
  • E.g.s. First, secondly, then, next, finally

 

Examples

1. Firstly, we have the meeting, then we have lunch.
2. They are going to work late tonight.
3. We are going to the zoo next weekend.
